This is THE BEST sauce to have on just about anything you could imagine. Tangy and creamy, it fits in with most flavour profiles. Excellent on vegetables, tacos, sandwiches, meat, and seafood. You can even use it to dress up a bowl of plain rice or to drizzle over your favorite salad.


Ingredients

- 1 cup Mayonnaise

- Ā¼ cup Lemon Juice

- 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic or Garlic Powder

- 1tsp Fine Ground Sea Salt

- Ā½ tsp Fine Ground Black Pepper


Instructions


1. Crush garlic or grate using a fine grater.


2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.


3. Store in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.


In a sealed container, this sauce is safely stored for months refrigerated.
