Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

After consultation, blood is drawn from the patient and placed in a centrifuge.  The blood separates into different layers, one of them being fluid platelet-rich plasma, which is rich in growth factors.  The plasma is then injected into the patient's face and neck, using a microneedling device.  Alternatively, a nurse may use a small needle or cannula to target specific areas of concern, such as under eye/lip filler and neck/scalp rejuvenation.  The treatment is specifically targeted to elicit long-term results due to the stimulation of growth factors within the treatment site.  PRP injections stimulate regeneration and rapid cell turnover.  Most clients require 3-5 treatments to achieve full effects.
