Radial Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment technology used for the regeneration of tissues such as muscle, tendon, and skin.  Radial shockwaves are sound waves that work by breaking down scar tissue-adhesions, increasing circulation, stimulating new blood vessel growth, and driving stem cell migration to the area. Shockwaves were originally used in urology as a treatment for kidney stones (lithotripsy). Today, shockwaves are prevalently utilized across multiple medical disciplines including: urology, cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, and even veterinary medicine.  Most clients notice significant results after 3 treatments and a healing period.
