Feature Recipe for April - Gooey Toffee Goodness

This recipe was introduced to me as a child from Martha M 😘 because of how easy it is to make; and it is still a favorite to this day! Three ingredients, quick and easy to whip up in a hurry for a last-minute dessert, and it is a total crowd pleaser. People are shocked when they learn how it’s made.

Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 box Ritz salted crackers

1 bag Chipits Skor Toffee Bitz

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°.

2. Crush the Ritz crackers while they are still in the unopened bag.

3. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until well-mixed.

4. Place in a silicone baking tray.

5. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

Tip!

Make it your own by adding whatever extras you like. Chocolate, nuts, marshmallows, dates.... so many amazing choices!
